Terms & Conditions
1. Subscription Length:
• Fixed term of 12 months.
2. Payment:
• £25 per month (comprising £20 for plants + £5 delivery).
• Payments are collected on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed or full payment upon checkout.
3. Delivery:
• Plants are delivered once per month.
• Delivery charge is included in the monthly fee.
4. Cancellations:
• This is a fixed 12-month subscription.
• Early cancellation is not permitted unless agreed in writing.
5. Plant Availability:
• Plant selection may vary depending on seasonal availability.
• Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made when required.
6. Customer Responsibility:
• Once delivered, plant care and maintenance are the customer’s responsibility.
• Replacements are not included for neglect or improper care.
