Terms & Conditions
1. Subscription Length:
This plan runs for a fixed term of 12 months (52 weeks).
2. Payment:
• £25 is due weekly (comprising £20 for plants + £5 delivery).
• Payments are collected on a recurring weekly basis unless otherwise agreed or full payment upon checkout.
3. Delivery:
• Plants are delivered once per week.
• Delivery charge is included in the weekly fee.
4. Cancellations:
• This is a fixed 12-month subscription.
• Early cancellation is not permitted unless agreed in writing.
5. Plant Availability:
• Plant types may vary depending on seasonal availability.
• Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made if required.
6. Customer Responsibility:
• After delivery, the care and maintenance of plants is the customer’s responsibility.
• Replacements are not included for neglect or improper care.
