Terms & Conditions
1. Subscription Length:
This subscription runs for a fixed term of 6 months (26 weeks).
2. Payment:
• £25 is due weekly (comprising £20 for plants + £5 delivery) or a one time payment in full at checkout.
• Payments are collected on a recurring weekly basis unless otherwise agreed.
3. Delivery:
• Plants are delivered once per week.
• Standard delivery charge is included in the weekly fee.
4. Cancellations:
• Subscriptions are fixed for 6 months.
• Early cancellation is not permitted unless agreed in writing.
5. Plant Availability:
• Plant types may vary depending on seasonal availability.
• Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made if required.
6. Customer Responsibility:
• Once delivered, the care and maintenance of plants is the customer’s responsibility.
• Guidance will be provided, but replacement for neglect is not included.
