Terms & Conditions
1. Subscription Length
• Fixed term of 12 months (52 weeks).
2. Payment
• £35 is due weekly (£30 for flowers + £5 delivery).
• Payments are collected on a recurring weekly basis unless otherwise agreed.
3. Delivery
• One flower delivery per week.
• Delivery charge is included in the weekly fee.
4. Cancellations
• This is a fixed 12-month subscription.
• Early cancellation is not permitted unless agreed in writing.
5. Product Availability
• Flower selection varies by season.
• Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made if required.
6. Customer Responsibility
• After delivery, the care and maintenance of flowers is the customer’s responsibility.
• Replacements are not included for neglect or improper care.
