Terms & Conditions
1. Subscription Length:
• Fixed term of 12 months (52 weeks).
2. Payment:
• £35 due weekly (comprising £30 for plants & flowers + £5 delivery).
• Payments are collected weekly unless otherwise agreed.
3. Delivery:
• Weekly delivery included.
• Delivery charge is built into the weekly fee.
4. Cancellations:
• This is a fixed 12-month subscription.
• Early cancellation is not permitted unless agreed in writing.
5. Product Availability:
• Plant and flower selection varies by season.
• Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made if necessary.
6. Customer Responsibility:
• Once delivered, plant and flower care is the customer’s responsibility.
• Replacements are not included for neglect or improper care.
