Terms & Conditions
1. Subscription Length:
• Fixed term of 6 months (26 weeks).
2. Payment:
• £35 is due weekly (comprising £30 for plants & flowers + £5 delivery).
• Payments are collected on a recurring weekly basis unless otherwise agreed or full payment upon checkout
3. Delivery:
• Delivered once per week.
• Delivery charge included in weekly fee.
4. Cancellations:
• This is a fixed 6-month subscription.
• Early cancellation is not permitted unless agreed in writing.
5. Product Availability:
• Plant and flower selection may vary depending on seasonal availability.
• Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made if required.
6. Customer Responsibility:
• After delivery, care and maintenance of plants/flowers is the customer’s responsibility.
• Replacements are not included for neglect or improper care.
